We are coming upon my blog’s one-year anniversary.
What a year! I started out writing about how people seem to be under the impression that nonprofit work is loftier than corporate work, and how people don’t really understand that both kinds of work are of equal value. Now I’m writing more about how to empower yourself at work and how to manage yourself and others at your nonprofit or charity.
