I often think some of the &quot;negative&quot; description of Gen Y in the workplace can be easily viewed as &quot;positive&quot; if we just adjust our perception.  Thank you for helping our older colleagues make that switch from the negative to the positive.

Gen Y has so much to offer our sector!  :)  Keep up your great work...Jessica</description>
