So you’re freaking out. Your nonprofit is hitting a wall. Do these sound like your current problems?

Donors aren’t giving.
Foundations aren’t renewing grants.
Government is not renewing contracts.
Paychecks are delayed later and later.
Boss is thinking of firing you.
Or worse, Boss has run off with the money to Venuzuela.

What’s a girl to do?

Luckily, I have sorted it out for you in a chart, so you know your options.

Seriously though, what can you do?

Get Lean.
Here’s another helpful chart, so you know what to do, and what not to do!

This chart helps you divide your tasks into: Urgent and Important,
Urgent and Unimportant,
Not Urgent and Important,
and Not Urgent and Unimportant.

Now, obviously, checking this blog is urgent and important. Keep doing it!
