More things you can do to stop rankism:

Make it a safe topic of discussion at your workplace or in your home. Talk with people you notice exhibiting rankism. There are somebody and nobody rankists all around you. Find out which one you play the most. Find out which ones you have at work.

We are all entitled to dignity. You can take the higher ground and help people at home, at work, and everywhere understand rankism and how it affects us.
